In my next video, I ask the question: what if growth itself, your growth, was your very highest priority? I mean things like upleveling your leadership, treating yourself better, showing up better, learning how to have real conversations in a way you don’t currently know how to do, and lots more.
I suggest this as your top priority because everything else is going to come through your growth. Whatever you want to create beyond where you are now can only come from your own growth!
