As we’ve just rolled over into 2026, I thought this would be good one. Watch this little 2 ½ minute video. It’s cleverly done and brings a very important message. I think you’ll enjoy it, even if you’ve seen it before.
I want to tell a story of sorts, and I’ll keep it short on each point. What’s below I know to be true from my own experience with myself and many others.
You are successful in so many ways.
You aren’t finished.
You can’t get it wrong because you never get it done.
Unless you opt to stop growing.
Not your business, career, money. Those things are nice. But growing you.
Creating the things you want. That’s easy enough.
But there’s a more powerful you to do that creating.
You haven’t met him or her yet.
So, you don’t have context for what you and life can all look like from the perspective of the New You.
You think change is hard. That’s because you have no system for change itself.
You’ve forgotten how to dream big. You dream from the past.
In the beginning, you didn’t do that. There wasn’t a lot of past to dream from. It was all in front of you. Well, from now, the only time there is, it’s still all in front of you.
Once you’ve made the first $1 million, or $100 million, or $57, or whatever it is. What’s the next big dream? The higher dream that fills in all the gaps.
For people who stress and worry, I can think of what the next big dream might be.
Some want to retire/ not work so hard. Some want homes, trips, and those things. They’re all good.
Everyone wants their families to love and prosper. They want joy and peace.
We want to feel good. To be in that zone of life and work. That flow people talk about. To be there more and more.
The New You will be constantly enhancing everything you have that’s good and forward moving. And cleaning up those parts. Those thoughts, habits, and beliefs that have been holding you back.
The New You will literally be becoming better and better, from now on. There is so much room to grow. The New You will be excited about the journey.
You won’t be hung up on the past. Whatever the “mistakes” or unwanted circumstances. The past is nothing more than the path that brought you to the present.
The New You will have strong integrity. People can have integrity in the sense that most think about it. And still live with weak habits around keeping their word. Especially with themselves.
The New You will operate from clear agreements. And will stay in integrity with those agreements.
The New You will pay great attention to thoughts and words. She’ll realize her thoughts and words do create her world. They must. It won’t be hard. It’s a way of being. It’s like breathing.
The more powerful version of you will find much more clarity. Will know that clarity is his way of being, and confusion and indecision are not an effective operating platform.
The New You will follow processes that support growth. With Grace and ease.
The New You will be way more impactful. People will want some of what you’ve got.
The New You will be slowed down a notch or two. She’ll create more by doing less. And have an infinitely smoother ride.
That’s the New You. The one you haven’t met. And might not recognize at first.
You’ve been successful. And you’re in your own way more than you know. The New You sees that past reality and doesn’t judge it.
The New You changes reality. The New You is creating the future from the future.
